  • I'd have to go with "or what" on that one. ;)

  • My preference would be "Grand Funk Railroad, Greatest Hits" with a black background, deep red letters similar to or if not identical to the Mark, Don & Mel album.  To this day, it is one of my favorite album covers, period.

  • Is there any significance to there being 32 stars in the logo?

  • It is very American, if nothing else. I have the Deluxe Edition, and that cover is the outside sleeve. The artwork on the CD/DVD insert is far more interesting.  ;D

  • I got my CD/DVD for my birthday (I'm 51 today) and I love the red, white and black cover of the jewel case.  Sorry, there's some blue in there too!  That has always been my favorite photos of Mel & Don.  The photo of Mark playing "In Need" with his Gibson guitar is way cool.........but the real treat was seeing Mark, Don and Mel play "Inside Looking Out" from 1969.  The Messenger guitar should be taken out of retirement!  I loved that guitar.
